Right from the start of our search for a home on Lake Norman, Kevin provided "White Glove" treatment. He spent time gathering the right level of details so he could present available homes that met our expectations. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable of the area which was invaluable to us in determining a perfect location on the lake and in the community. His personality is calm which was such a positive for us as it was a bit stressful buying a home remote (due to Covid restrictions) in a new state and having to relocate. When we finally mad a decision to buy, Kevin was there to provide assistance 24/7. Given we were from out of state, Kevin visited the property numerous times as questions arose during negotiations, was extremely responsive, made himself available for home inspections, and provided us with local assistance for repairs, closing, etc.
I would 'highly" recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy in the Lake Norman area. I am confident you will not be disappointed!
